WHY?

Family separation or divorce are very stressful times for everyone.  There are many issues to think about and the process is very complicated.  Many people simply don’t know where to start. Some people, understandably, are anxious to know exactly what will happen as quickly as possible.  They might be tempted to rush to court or make an agreement before they or their partner is ready, and before they understand all of their options.  

When you better understand the choices you really have, you can best use your time, energy and limited resources on the issues that matter most to you and your family. Our hope is that, one day, you will have a faster, simpler, less emotionally draining and less costly approach to resolving those issues.
