No catch. The donors, practitioners and Legal Innovation Zone want you to be able to deal with the issues in a faster, simpler and more affordable way. That’s why they built this Portal.

+ How many sections are there?

There are 6 sections. Everyone fills in the first one, Current Situation. The Portal then decides what other sections you need to fill out.

+ How long will it take to go through?

It depends on your own situation. We have an average commitment time per section but not all sections are mandatory.

+ Does it collect personal information?

No. The Portal does not ask for identifying information. It does not collect your name, address, etc.

+ Can I print my questions and answers?

You can print the questions and answers either at the end of each section, or after completing all of them.

+ Can I go through this on my mobile device?

Yes absolutely. However as there are many components to Family Law and lots of great pieces of information that we do not want you to miss, this experience is best enjoyed on desktop computer.

+ GOOGLE CHROME

1. Click on the “Chrome” menu (top right) to access the browser settings
2. Select “Tools” from the drop-down list
3. Select “Delete navigation data”
4. Check the option “Delete browsing history” in the dialogue box that appears (usually checked by default)
5. In “Delete Items Dating …”, select the “from the beginning” option
6. Click on “Delete navigation data”.

+ MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER (MICROSOFT EDGE)

1. Tools Menu
2. Select Internet Options
3. Under the General tab
4. Click on Clear History

+ FIREFOX

1. Open the Firefox menu
2. Under the History tab, click “Delete Recent History”
3. Pull down the “details” menu to check the right deletion options
4. From the “Interval to Clear” drop-down list, select “All”
5. Click on “Delete Now”.
